Vitamin D is a thoughtfully crafted instrumental concept album, designed as both a solution and an antidote to the dark themes explored in the Dark Days album. This album captures the essence of a day under the sun, symbolizing the celestial journey from dawn to dusk. Through its compositions, it offers a simple yet profound observation of the emotions evoked when one is bathed in the sun's radiant warmth, blessed by its life-giving energy, and completely overtaken by the awe-inspiring presence of the celestial god we often take for granted.

Each track on Vitamin D mirrors the sun's daily movement, from the gentle, hopeful light of early morning to the vibrant intensity of noon, and finally to the serene, fading glow of evening. This album invites listeners to experience the transformative power of sunlight, evoking feelings of rejuvenation, tranquility, and a deep connection to the natural world.

In addition to its thematic depth, Vitamin D represents an artistic exploration and a technical exercise. It marks the beginning of a new chapter in my musical journey, as it was recorded just days after I acquired my first polyphonic synthesizer, the PolyBrute. This instrument has opened up new sonic possibilities, and I have fallen completely in love with its capabilities. Through Vitamin D, I sought to learn and showcase what this remarkable instrument can provide, resulting in a rich, layered soundscape that captures both the instrument's versatility and the emotional spectrum of a sunlit day.

Vitamin D is more than just an album; it's an invitation to bask in the sunlight, to feel its warmth and energy, and to find solace and inspiration in its daily journey across the sky.
